Sheppard works in large-scale abstraction, creating paintings for environments where art is expected to perform at the level of the architecture surrounding it — corporate headquarters, distinguished healthcare facilities, and private residences.
With more than two decades of practice and a foundation in corporate design, she understands the demands of institutional procurement, the precision required by high-end interior programs, and the difference between work that decorates and work that resolves a space. Her paintings are developed in direct response to architecture and function — scaled, calibrated.
She works directly with interior designers, architects, and art consultants from early concept through installation, joining a project at whatever stage is most useful, and stepping back when the space calls for it. Selected placements include Centene Corporation, The Staenberg Group, Stifel Financial, and private collections across the United States.
Private consultations are available for residential and corporate collectors. Sheppard comes to your space, assesses needs, and curates work accordingly. The $500 consultation fee applies in full toward any acquisition or commission.
