Part of corporate and residential art collections across the US, this mid-career artist is know for her bright, bold abstract work as well nature inspired paintings for healthcare spaces.
Her strength lies in working directly with CEO's, architects and interior designers to create interiors that uplift and engage. Some modern installations stretch three stories high in downtown loft spaces, while other soft, subdued work promotes wellness in health facilities.
Modern artists and designers Mies Van der Rohe, Ellsworth Kelly, Helen Frankenthaler, Henri Matisse, Pablo Picasso and Alexander Calder are her greatest influences. Her parents are her greatest inspiration.
"My Mom was a fine arts major and my Dad is a civil engineer. We always had plenty of art supplies and examples of beautiful, functional design all around us growing up. I remember conversations with my Mom in our garden where she described the colors and textures of the plants, sky and landscape in fascinating detail. She was coaching me to have an artists “eye” at a very young age. I’m grateful for that."
